Premier Berisha inaugurated, on Thursday, the kick-off works on construction of roads connecting centre of Preza Commune with the national axis. The 3.7 km road is a 176 million leke investment of the Albanian Development Fund. The road will be 5 m wide and its project includes two pavements and illumination. 

In his speech, He stated "Following a severe winter, not only in Albania, but entire Europe and world, where in Albania there were not registered any casualties, begins a spring with a great start" He continued by saying "We have successfully ended the 2009 and we remained one of three-four countries in the world with a considerable economic growth, because we, as you have witnessed, have turned the country into a construction site.Albania has created the most favourable conditions for business in Europe, and set the lowest taxes and lightest bureaucratic burden on the shoulders Albanian taxpayers  - We will continue our project and this is the project of decisive change of Albania, it will turn it into a real European country, in which Albanians will feel as European citizens, first of all with the visa liberalization this year."
