Every 8 out of 10 cars in Europe have technical components made in Bulgaria, said President Rosen Plevneliev at the opening of a 3-day international conference in Sofia under his patronage.
The new opportunities for investment in automotive parts and accessories manufacturing in Bulgaria are the main topic of the forum starting today. Participants in the conference are more than 300 top managers from Europe and Asia, automotive industry experts, suppliers and representatives of the Government and Local authorities. Participation has been confirmed from top executives from Mercedes, BMW, Litex Motors/Great Wall, Johnson Controls, Grammer, Festo, Würth Elektronik, IMI Electronics, Bosch.
